Terms of Service

1. The Service

Aria Voss is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users create, schedule, and manage AI-generated social media content for a virtual influencer persona, including optional publishing to connected social media accounts.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout (currently USD $69.90/month), plus any applicable taxes.
• A free trial may be offered. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Fees are billed through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party platform (including Instagram/Meta policies).
• Create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Impersonate a real person without authorization, or misrepresent AI-generated content in a way that is illegal or deceptive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Your Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you must review it before use.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services, including content moderation or account suspensions imposed by them.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Atabay Online LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as necessary to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atabay Online LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
