Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the applicable fee is charged.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to digital features and AI generation, payments for a billing period that has already started are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, or a documented inability to access the Service caused by us that we are unable to resolve.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund you believe qualifies under this policy, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
