Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that the Aria Voss platform (the "Service"), operated by Atabay Online LLC, holds about you — including any data obtained through connected accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.
1. What data we store
Depending on how you use the Service, we may store your account details (name, email), the influencer characters and content you create, and — if you connect Instagram — the access tokens and the Instagram/Facebook account and page identifiers required to publish on your behalf.
2. Disconnect Instagram at any time
You can revoke the Service's access to your Instagram and Facebook account at any time from the Settings page by clicking “Disconnect”. This immediately deletes the stored access token and page identifiers for that connection. You can also remove the app from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
3. Request full account & data deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include your account email so we can locate your records.
4. What happens next
Once we verify your request, we delete your account, your influencers, your generated content, and any stored Instagram/Facebook tokens and identifiers within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records), after which it is also removed. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
